About this speaker
Dr. Yuki Hanyu founded in 2014 the "Shojinmeat Project", a citizen science community for DIY open-source cultured meat in Japan. Based on the low-cost cell culture methods developed, he founded IntegriCulture Inc. in 2015. The company offers its universally accessible cellular agriculture infrastructure based on its species agnostic large-scale cell culture technology (“CulNet System”), to clients of all sizes such as farmers, startups and food companies.
