As a co-founder and chief technology officer of DaNAgreen CO LTD, a Seoul-based cultured-meat company, Jay Jee aims to develop quality cultured meat at an affordable price. The edible scaffold by DaNAgreen allows muscle cells to attach and become muscle-like in a mass-production system such as a bioreactor. Jay also plays a dual role as an Advisor in DaNAgreen PTE LTD, a subsidiary company in Singapore established for scaling up the parent company's cultured meat products.
